Responsible play

18+ only, and check where you live

Hero11 contests and games that involve money are for adults. Rules on online games differ by state and change over time — read Hero11’s terms and check what applies to you before you sign up.

Set limits before you play

• Decide a time and money limit before you start, and stop when you reach it.
• Only use money you can afford to lose — never money meant for rent, bills or family.
• Results are uncertain. A win does not make the next one more likely, and no app, “predictor” or tip can guarantee an outcome.
• Treat rewards and bonuses as conditional until you have read their rules.

Know the rules of what you join

Fantasy contests, Rummy, Ludo and casino titles each have their own rules for entry, results and settlement. Read them inside the game before you join, and keep your entry or round reference if something looks wrong.

If it stops being fun

Take a break. Use any limit, break or account-closure options Hero11 offers, and talk to someone you trust. If you feel you cannot control your gaming, seek support from a qualified counsellor or a local helpline.
