Can’t log in to Hero11? How to recover your account
Work out why login fails, then use the right fix: re-check your details, get your old number back, or ask Hero11 Help to restore access.
Quick answer
If you can’t log in to Hero11, first check you’re using the same email or mobile number you registered with (mobile without +91). If you’ve lost that number or email, or you see a restriction message, don’t open a new account — contact Hero11 through Help in the site footer or the headset icon on the Login/Register screen and explain what changed.
First, work out why you can’t log in
“Can’t log in” covers several different problems, and each has its own fix. Find the row that matches what you see on screen.
| What you see | What it usually means | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| A new, empty account opens | The email or number isn’t the one you registered with | Log out and try your original details |
| Your number or email isn’t accepted | A typing or format problem | Re-type it; mobile numbers go in without +91 |
| The verification message never arrives | Wrong destination, poor signal or spam filter | Check the details and your spam folder, then wait before retrying |
| You no longer have the registered SIM or email | Hero11 can’t reach you to verify | Get the number back or contact Hero11 Help (below) |
| A restricted or blocked message | Something on the account needs Hero11’s review | Save the exact message and contact Help |
Quick checks before asking for help
Still stuck after these checks? The Hero11 login guide covers each step of the normal sign-in in more detail.
- Make sure you’re on the real Hero11 app or the Hero11 site, not a copy reached through a forwarded link.
- Type your email or mobile number again slowly — no +91, no spaces.
- Check your SMS inbox and email spam folder for the verification message.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another message; repeated requests can be delayed or limited.
- If you’re still signed in on another phone or browser, keep that session open — it helps Hero11 identify your account.
Need Hero11 to look at your account?Opens the Hero11 site. Help is at the bottom of the page; the Login/Register screen also has a headset (support) icon.
Lost your mobile number or email?
The fastest fix is often to get the old number back. If your SIM was lost, stolen or damaged, your mobile operator can usually issue a replacement SIM with the same number at one of its stores — once it’s active, you can log in to Hero11 as normal.
If that isn’t possible, or you’ve lost access to the email you registered with, Hero11 has to confirm the account is yours before changing anything. Contact Help and give them enough detail to find the account.
- The email address or mobile number you originally registered with.
- Roughly when you signed up and when you last logged in successfully.
- A recent match, game or transaction reference from your account, if you have one.
- What changed — for example, “I lost my SIM on 10 October and now use a new number”.
Your password, a verification code, UPI PIN or full card number are never needed to identify your account. Anyone asking for them is not helping you.
How to contact Hero11 for account recovery
Hero11’s support routes are inside the product. Scroll to the Help and FAQ sections at the bottom of the Hero11 site, or tap the headset icon next to the close (×) button on the Login/Register screen — useful precisely because you can reach it without logging in.
Hero11’s Telegram, WhatsApp channel and other social accounts are for announcements, not private account checks, so don’t post your details there. See the Hero11 customer care guide for what to send, or the contact page for every route in one place.
Why you shouldn’t create a second account
It’s tempting to register again with a new number, but a fresh account starts empty. It won’t bring back your balance, match history or referral records, and it can make the original problem harder to explain to support. Keep the issue attached to your original account and let Hero11 sort it out.
After you’re back in
- Check your name, balance and recent history match what you expect.
- If Hero11 lets you update your registered number or email, do it now so this doesn’t happen again.
- Log out of phones you no longer use.
- If anything looks wrong, report it to Help before you continue playing.
Frequently asked questions
How do I recover my Hero11 account?
First try logging in with the exact email or mobile number you registered with. If you have lost that number or email, contact Hero11 through Help in the site footer or the headset icon on the Login/Register screen and explain what changed.
I lost my SIM card. Can I still get into Hero11?
Ask your mobile operator for a replacement SIM with the same number, then log in as normal. If you can’t get the number back, contact Hero11 Help with your registration details so they can verify the account.
Should I create a new Hero11 account if I can’t log in?
No. A new account starts empty and won’t restore your balance or history. Recover your original account through Hero11 Help instead.
Can someone on Telegram or WhatsApp recover my Hero11 account?
Hero11’s public channels are for announcements. Don’t share account details there, and never give a verification code or password to anyone who offers to fix your account.
