Where to find Refer & Earn and what its tabs show

The labels are what Hero11 shows in October 2026; the figures and layout inside each tab can change with the offer.

1. Log in to the Hero11 app or site — see the login guide if you need help.
2. Tap Refer & Earn in the bottom bar, next to ₹30L Race and Promo.
3. Start on the Dashboard tab for your overview.
4. Open the offer’s rules and read them before sharing your invite.

How referral rewards are counted

Hero11’s referral rules separate three different events. Each one is its own condition, so a friend completing one doesn’t automatically mean the others count.

• Sign-up: your friend registers through your invite.
• First deposit: your friend makes their first deposit.
• Effective wagers: your friend’s qualifying play, as the rules define it — this is what commission is usually based on.

Example: following one invite through the steps

Say you share your invite with a friend, Rahul. He registers through it, so he should appear in your Referral tab as signed up — that’s the first condition. Later he makes his first deposit, which is the second, separate condition. Any commission based on his effective wagers is then tracked over time in the Commission tab, according to the offer’s rules.

If Rahul had registered first and only then received your invite, he may not count as your referral at all. And if he signs up but never deposits, only the sign-up step is complete. Checking which step he has reached tells you exactly what, if anything, is still pending.

How to invite friends the right way

• Share the invite from your own Refer & Earn screen so it can be linked to you.
• Ask friends to use your invite when they register — referral schemes usually can’t add a friend after they’ve already signed up. Check Hero11’s rules for exactly how this works.
• Ignore “referral codes” posted on random websites; they may not work or may not come from Hero11.
• Only invite adults aged 18 or over, and don’t pressure anyone to deposit or play. Our responsible play page explains why limits matter.

Reward missing? What to check

1. Open the Referral tab and check whether your friend appears at all.
2. Look at which step they’ve completed: sign-up, first deposit or effective wagers.
3. Re-read the offer rules for timing — some steps are only counted after a set period.
4. If something still looks wrong, contact Hero11 through Help with the date, which step is missing and a screenshot of the Referral tab. The customer care guide explains what else to include.

Can I withdraw referral earnings?

That depends on the offer’s terms and the type of balance the reward goes into. Being credited doesn’t automatically mean a reward can be withdrawn straight away, so check the conditions in the offer and in your wallet before you plan around it. For other offers, see the VIP and promotions guide.

A simple habit helps: when a reward lands, open your wallet and note which balance it went into and any conditions shown beside it. That tells you straight away whether it can be used, withdrawn or still needs something else to happen.
